How much does it cost?

The final restoration time and cost largely depends on 3 factors: The size of the part to be restored, the degree of contamination or damage to be repaired and the amount of detailing required for the final desired profile. Every manifold will vary in time and cost, there for in most case it would dificult to give exact quotes.

Pricing the staging process is also difficult to estimate as this largly depends on the quality of the material or casting. We suggest you refer to the average costs below as a starting point, and contact us for  more information.

When your deaing with used parts there is always some grey area. Some times two identical manifolds may or may not take the same amount of time to refinish. I recomend as a good rule to go by is to budget for the high side and that way if the part takes less time to restore it is a pleasant surprise when you save some money. For mail order customers a budget should be established before hand and we will take staging to a maximun with-in that budget.

Average Costs for Aluminum Manifolds: There is a $100.00 minimun charge. Most small single plane intake manifolds $100 - $200, Most medium sized intake manifolds ($200 - $300). Larger peices like complex x-rams or tunel rams start at $300 and up to the max until the  desired profile is achieved. For show quality peices that resemble jewelry - additional stages for custom profiling available at $90/hr.
